ABOUT THIS ITEM
This GEN5X3 is a two-bank onboard battery charger rated at 10-amps (5-amps per bank) for 12-volt batteries. It independently charges and controls each battery bank with selectable charging modes. For example, 12V, 12V AGM, 12V Lithium. It also contains a thermal sensor detecting the ambient temperatures and alters the charge to eliminate over-charging in hot climates and under-charging in cold climates. Its fully-sealed and waterproof with an ingress protection rating of IP68. Not only is it a trickle charger but it is also an advanced battery maintainer. A fully automatic, worry-free battery charger for everyday use with no overcharge!
